Delivery & Return Policy

📦 Delivery & Try-On Policy
Customers are allowed to open the package in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery to check the size and fit of the item.

You may try the item only while the courier is present.

If the item does not fit, you may return it immediately with the courier.

In case of immediate return, delivery and return fees must be paid by the customer.

Once the courier leaves, this option is no longer valid.

🔁 48-Hour Return Policy
If you do not return the item with the courier, we offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

The item must not be torn, damaged, or altered

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective
